4. Refund Policy

HaqiCrown is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of T-Shirts & Tops, Skirts, Pants & Trousers, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

HaqiCrown reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

Please note that sale items or final sale products may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
